The Lunchtime Legends are a group of athletes who meet weekday lunchtimes in various venues in Belfast. This site provides news of the Legends training sessions, events at which Legends compete and a discussion page for witty banter.

Tom Donnelly Remembered
A year has passed since the tragic loss of the two Tom Donnelly's. The occasion was marked by a large turnout of Legends and friends at Roselawn Cemetary on Sunday morning. The Legends without doubt have suffered as a group since last year. Tom would have especially been proud to see so many fellow cyclists come along as part of their Sunday cycle.

Merrick Challenge

David "Scary" Hughes is organising a duathlon of sorts over in Scotland on the 17th May. In his words it is more a "tour" than a "race". The format will be an early morning boat to Stranraer, bike to Merrick, running shoes on, climb up Merrick, bike back to the boat for curry and a pint.
